Dance Fitness

Come enjoy exercise while having fun during one of our dance fitness classes!

ZUMBA- A Latin inspired dance class designed to step, salsa, and shake to the hottest Latin movements and music! You will burn calories and torch the fat!
House Party Fitness- This dance fitness class is designed to burn major calories while toning and strengthening! Dance to hip hop inspired playlists, both old and new hits, while incorporating exercises to burn fat and tone your entire body!

Urban Dance Fitness- Top 40 style Dance Fitness (cardio & toning).

Dance Step- Dance to your favorite jams using step variation and steps for added intensity.

VIXEN Workout - This class is for ladies only! Come "twerk out" in a club like atmosphere and transform into your "alter ego". This class hides intense muscle toning with clever hip hop choreography. This is the perfect workout to let loose and have fun while burning from 400 to 1000 calories in just 60 minutes!

Boot Camp
We offer many different Boot Camps that deliver results and help you reach your fitness goals.

MAX Boot Camp is a 30 minute bootcamp to push you for the entire session with intervals of intense work and shorter rest periods.

MAXED OUT is a 45 minute bootcamp for more conditioned fitness lovers that takes our MAX bootcamp to the next level.

FUNctional Fitness Boot-Camp- includes cardio, toning, strengthening, plyometric, Pilates, weight training and more!

RISE- Our early am Resistance, Isolation, Strength, & Endurance Boot Camp.

Each boot camp consists of cardio, strength training, plyometrics, toning, TRX Suspension training, and more for the ultimate body conditioning class every time! Every class changes, so you never get bored with your workout!


Kettlebell Training is a 45 minute class that consist of Cardio and weight training with 10-20lb kettlebells for a full body workout to strengthen your upper body, lower body, and core. Kettlebell training is known to burn major calories and torch the fat!


This Boxing and Pilates fusion class delivers a lot of cardio through sections of in place non-contact boxing while toning all of your muscle groups during sections of Pilates to tone. This is a very upbeat class that will keep your heart rate up right until the end! This is a great combination of cardio and toning!


PiYo is a great class to stretch, strengthen, and tone! This upbeat mix of Yoga and Pilates will help you become more flexible while toning all the muscle groups of your body! A playlist of fun music mixed with the two elements of this class deliver a fun workout you will love!

H.I.I.T Training

High Intensity Interval Training delivers a varitation of cardio, toning, strength training, & plyometrics through interval training with intervals of intense work with shorter rest periods to create the ultimate calorie and fat burning workout that will continue to burn both even after your workout is over! These classes are usually 30 or 45 minutes in length.

TRX Suspension Training

Our TRX Suspension training specialty class uses one of the hottest and newest forms of body conditioning. Suspension trainers strengthen, tone, and condition using your own body weight and the suspension trainers. These classes usually vary between 30 and 45 minutes.


POUND is a high energy workout that incorporates pilates while using Ripstix (like drumsticks) to tone and strengthen your entire body. This is the ultimate 45 minute Rockout Workout to high energy and upbeat music! Unleash your inner rockstar while toning that body.

WAR Kickbox Conditioning

WAR is the ultimate kick box and conditioning workout!
