Tyler Malone Yoga
Tyler came to yoga over 2 years ago in her final year of undergraduate studies. She played college basketball and ran long distance, and found her body to be sore and achy all the time. Over Christmas break one year, a friend suggested she try yoga, and Tyler absolutely fell in love! When she went back to play the next season, she felt and played better than she ever had, with improved stats and overall performance. But it wasn’t just a physical wellbeing she experienced – she felt better mentally, emotionally, and spiritually, too. She was stronger AND more balanced. Tyler continued her yoga journey as a student, and then began the process of becoming an instructor in 2016, earning her RYT-200 Certificate in June 2017. Tyler has been teaching for over a year and a half. Her style is fun and upbeat, very vinyasa-based with lots of flow and movement. Tyler teaches both hot and regular yoga; both power yoga style and to beginners; and loves teaching fun workshops and events, such as outdoor yoga (poolside, beachside, on an old bridge, you name it!) and Partner Yoga.
